Delete your account

In the app or on the website

1. Sign in at polythera.health or in the Polythera app.
2. Open Profile.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

By email

If you can't sign in, email m.rayyes@polythera.health from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm as soon as possible, normally within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your profile, patient details, session bookings, messages, assessment answers, referrals, admission records, notifications and your sign-in account. Deletion is permanent. If the clinic must keep a clinical record by law, it keeps it outside the app for the required period only. See the privacy policy.

1. سجّل الدخول على polythera.health أو في تطبيق بوليثيرا.
2. افتح الملف الشخصي.
3. اضغط حذف الحساب ثم أكّد.

عبر البريد الإلكتروني

إذا تعذّر عليك تسجيل الدخول، راسلنا على m.rayyes@polythera.health من البريد المسجّل في حسابك واطلب الحذف. نؤكد الحذف في أقرب وقت، عادةً خلال 7 أيام.

ما الذي يُحذف

ملفك الشخصي، بيانات المريض، الحجوزات، الرسائل، إجابات الاختبارات، الإحالات، ملفات القبول، الإشعارات، وحساب الدخول. الحذف نهائي. إذا كانت العيادة ملزمة قانوناً بالاحتفاظ بسجل سريري، فإنها تحتفظ به خارج التطبيق وللمدة المطلوبة فقط. راجع سياسة الخصوصية.
